SGI COVID19 Statement

Our thoughts are with all the people impacted by the (COVID-19) coronavirus outbreak, especially those whose loved ones are fighting the illness. The Solutions Group International (SGI) Leadership Team is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on the services we provide each of you.
SGI, Inc. has been identified as part of the ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKFORCE as defined by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), on behalf of the Federal government. SGI has essential workers required to maintain the services and functions our clients depend on and need to be able to operate resiliently during the COVID-19 pandemic response. As a result, SGI remains fully operational as it relates to our security services.
As a critical partner to your business, we understand the importance of our ability to continue to support our clients amidst this global health event. The health and well-being of our associates, clients, and their employees is of utmost importance to us. We have been monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely through local authorities, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization. As the situation continues to evolve, we are keenly focused on our preparedness efforts to maintain a safe work environment for our associates and to sustain our business operations.
Security, safety and well-being is integral to our business processes and infrastructure. We have a robust, global, integrated Business Resiliency Program in place that is managed by a dedicated team of experts who are committed to keeping our operations running smoothly so that we can provide you with the best possible service. As the number of cases continues to escalate globally, SGI is taking additional preventive measures such as site visit and entry restrictions along with staggered staffing schedules to stop the potential spread of the disease within our locations and work sites. These steps are being taken not only to ensure the health and readiness of our workforce, but to also help limit exposure for our clients in their homes and places of business.
